I finally finish a set of icons I’ve been working on. For now, I’m sticking with making just this one until OSX 10.5 comes out. The new OS will mean new icon tools, and even new icon sizes, so no point in releasing/working on new icons right now.

The collection contains 85 icons in all. In the zip folder also includes a license, read me that contains credits, and a link to Ennor’s flickr page (person who’s photos I used). Please read the included documents and respect the copyright rules. These took a lot of work to make, and I’d like to be credited for all the time I spent on this project.
If you know of places I could release this set to, please let me know. If you share the set, PLEASE include the documents when sharing.
Once 10.5 comes out, I have several other sets to work on. This first set is ‘flowers’, but other sets I will do are rocks, trees, artifacts, statues, structures and a few others. I guess I like my icons being realistic, and what’s more realistic than a photo?
In unrelated news, I am not really too happy about some things. I guess getting into detail is pointless, but it’s hard when you want to talk to someone, but aren’t able to. Basically, I’ve tried and tried, and I give up. I can’t keep on calling/emailing. If the person actually wanted to talk to me, they can call me. I’m not sure what to think of the person not answering when I call, perhaps busy, on the other line, not near the phone? I don’t know. I am a very stubborn person, and I don’t give up easily.. but I do know when it’s time to give up.
Total isolation from society is hard, and it is worse when your attempts to reach out are ignored.
I love my cats, but Oreo is driving me nuts – if I was a immoral/inhumane person, he’d have a foot in his ass by now.
